SOKUDO product development and process
evaluation will proceed both in Japan and U.S. for elemental
technologies as well as complete track system platforms.
Detailed investigations into next-generation coat/develop
track process technologies and customer demonstration
capabilities will be maintained at multiple sites world-wide,
including the
immersion lithography demonstration lab at ASML Veldhoven,
The Netherlands. |

Manufacturing
SOKUDO utilizes the resources of Dainippon
Screen’s facilities for coat/develop track equipment
production. The Taga Factory is recognized for advanced
manufacturing technology and quality control necessary
to ensure timely production of highly reliable coat/develop
track systems. |

Sales & Service
SOKUDO supports a worldwide sales
and service network in close proximity to our customer’s
semiconductor fab site in order to ensure rapid response
to customer requirements. |
